This school year 2017-2018 we are working on our Flag re Global Citizenship. To achieve this flag we have to focus on litter and waste on a world wide scale and what we can do to protect our planet. Our Action Day included:

1. Re-cycle Clother Colletion
2. Shoe Box Appeal 
3. A visit to our local Re-cycling Plant in Portlaoise

Visit to Re-Cycle Cente Portlaoise

On the 27th Nov 2017 5th  & 6th Class visited the Re-cycle Centre in Portlaoise. This was a very informative trip, where the children saw first hand what takes part in the re-cycle centre.
